Refund and Returns Policy

At Infinity Momentos Photostudio, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since most of our products are customized and personalized, we request customers to carefully review order details before confirming purchases.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Customized photo frames
- Personalized albums
- Edited digital photos
- Printed photo gifts
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Customized orders approved before printing
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect information provided during ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Wrong product
- Printing defect
- Manufacturing issue
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Proof of purchase
Our support team will review your request and assist you with replacement or refund options.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are generally non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For exchange requests, contact us with order details and product issue photos.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, customers may be requested to send the product to our return address provided by our support team.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or damaged delivery.
Customized Orders
Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production, editing, or printing has started.
Please verify all uploaded photos, names, spellings, and customization details carefully before confirming your order.
